     ●  "Analyzing & Evaluating all Bids & Proposals" received from contractors,
     ●  "Selecting the 'Winning' Contractor(s)", and with
     ●  the subsequent conduct of "Contract Negotiations".

Task B.  with "Overall Contract/Project Administration & Supervision", which involves (among a great many other activities) the ...

     ●  making of frequent and often unannounced visits to the site to monitor and
          inspect contractor performance in terms of quality, workmanship, and strict
          adherence to specifications and other contractual requirements;
     ●  settling of intramural contractor disputes regarding scheduling and other
         conflicts and problems;
     ●  review and approval of contractor "Shop Drawings";
     ●  authorization and issuance of engineering or other change orders, if needed;
     ●  "authorization" of progress and other payments to be made by the client;
     ●  making of final, including "punch list", inspections in the presence of the client
          and the contractors involved immediately prior to project completion.
