Our "GardenRooms"
are multi-purpose, indoor Orangeries ...

that, like standard family rooms, are multi-purpose and designed for everyday
      living ...
that are partially glass-roofed, "plant friendly" and, thus, able to act as
transitional, "indoor gardens" that are intimately related to their outdoor
      counterpart ...
    that, unlike commercially available, pre-fabricated, "one-style-fits-all", add-on
"Conservatories" and "Sunrooms",  are expressly designed such that they (like
the " Orangery" at Dumbarton Oaks) effortlessly and beautifully blend in with their
surroundings and with the architectural styles of the homes of which they are an
      integral part.

(31st & R Streets, Georgetown -DC)

This "GardenRoom" was built in 1810 to house semi-tropical plants in the winter and to accommodate dinner and other parties throughout the year.  Ours may feature fireplaces, wet bars, kitchens, and toilet facilities, as well!

Note how effortlessly and beautifully it blends in with its surroundings and with the architectural style of the main house.

Note the rooftop balustrade which hides the
steel & glass roof structure and a 3' wide "walk-around" from view.
Ours could be designed to offer small rooftop terraces as well, if desired!
