William R. (Bill) Hoppé ...
AGHA President & CEO  –  is a Dutch educated "tuin (garden) architect" ("Universiteit van Amsterdam" and "De Landbouw Universiteit - Wageningen") who, during the 35 years that he has been in private practice, has designed and helped build more than 250 private residential gardens throughout Northern Virginia and the northeastern US.  Prior to striking out on his own, he served as Director,  Long Range Planning & Facilities for a multi-billion dollar electronics manufacturer, in which capacity he was intimately involved in the planning and construction of new manufacturing facilities in Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Portugal, South Korea, Taiwan and the US on a complete "turnkey" basis.

Joseph Alfieri (Joe) Cascio ...

Lead Landscape Architect, Garden Designer, and Site Planner – has designed an untold number of private, residential gardens over the past 30 years, where, in his    own words, ... "people can feel comfortable and at ease,    and where they can relax after a hard day's work."  Prior    to striking out on his own, he worked on site planning &    landscape projects for ...
   – 10+ public and private schools in New England,
